When you join the team at ACP you can expect to work a 38+ hour week with no shift or weekend work so that you can enjoy all the things that living and working in such a fantastic part of the world offers. 

The work is all undercover (not outdoors), you get to finish mid afternoons and wages are paid at above the award with overtime penalties also applicable.

You should have your own reliable transport and demonstrate a reliable and good work ethic.

We are Australia’s largest producer of Prestressed concrete fence posts. We value our staff and want to make the manufacturing process as easy as possible. All manufacturing is completed at bench height with all the necessary equipment to make the manufacturing process as easy as possible for our staff.

No wet concrete shovelling involved. No Heavy lifting as it is done with overhead cranes and forklifts.
